The 52 Weeks Project - Week 4

Week 4 of the 52 week series!

For years, I'd wondered where the term "white" came from, and I had no real sources to follow as a kid. Researching where the term came from, as an adult, has been an eye-opening experience in how we still apply racist's language so haphazardly, never considering the history behind what we label ourselves as being. I am a first-generation Cuban-American man. My father and my grandmother were part of La Revolucion. This is my experience in United Statesian "White" culture.
