About The Piece - My whole life, I've had deep bouts with Depression, trauma, and I struggle with it every day, and this piece is about how our society treats people who live with mental illness. This work was read at Sacramento City Hall as part of a presentation on our art scene to advocate for public funding - a presentation that resulted with $500,000 being granted to the art scene in my city.
