It started as a joke, in the middle of the pandemic shut down. It was a cardigan - the first cardigan David Loret de Mola had ever owned - as well as a derby cap. “I look like your new dad” they said, in what was a very lazy half-joke, to the status update on his Facebook page.

The post received a resounding 4 likes. Not even a heart react. Yet, for some reason, there was something to this character. Perhaps it is the graying hair, perhaps it is their need for approval. Whatever the source is, they became YourNewDadGames. After awhile, in the interest of not confusing people with the different names, they decided to change the channel to CubanMissal to celebrate their Cuban heritage and their history in spoken word.
